Debra S. Taylor, age 58, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016. She was born July 19, 1958 in Oak Hill, Ohio to Hamel “HB” and Marcella (Delaney) Edwards.
Debra worked as a faithful employee at the Davis Home up until its closing. Afterwards she focused solely on caring for her family and friends for the years that passed. She was a kind, caring, and loving person.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Taylor; grandson, Jordan Taylor, as well as her five brothers; David (Pat) Edwards of Mt. Gilead, Ohio, Stan (Carol) Edwards of Jackson Ohio, Myron (Mary) Edwards of Colorado, Billy (Anna Conley) Edwards of Columbus Ohio and Jimmy Edwards of Jackson, Ohio, and a special niece, Tracey Conley.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one stepson, Steven P. Taylor and three brothers, Ronnie Delaney, Gary Edwards and Wayne Edwards.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Rev. Tim Simpson officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
