Debra Lynn Nichols, age 57, of Jackson, peacefully left this Earth to join the Lord Monday, Feb. 19, 2018 at Holzer Medical Center of Jackson. She was born May, 24, 1960 in Oak Hill, Ohio to Beverly Colby Adkins and the late Willie Adkins. She enjoyed singing hymns at local nursing homes and churches, as well as working in the garden and watching old western movies. She loved her family fiercely and leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories. She will be most lovingly remembered for her incredibly positive outlook on life, her wonderful cooking and most importantly, the joy she got from spoiling her grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother; husband, William “Bill” Cyrus Nichols; son, William II (Lisa) Nichols; daughter, Ashly (Charley) McKibben; and grandchildren, Cami, Brentley and Rheagan. She is also survived by brothers and sisters, Willa, Terry, Sam and Lynn; several nieces and nephews, and her beloved dogs, Jack and Little-Dog.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Delrene Adkins.
