David R. McCain, age 44, of Oak Hill passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013. He was born August 20, 1968 to the late Roger McCain and Toni (Trobridge) Horton. He enjoyed NASCAR racing and being around his family. He was a former dirt track racer.
He is survived by wife, Susan McCain of Oak Hill; daughters, Amanda McCain, Angel McCain and Viktorya Arthur; sons, Justin (Liranda) McCain of Oak Hill and Pete McCain of Oak Hill; grandchild, Treianna Jarvis; sisters, Sandy McCain, Toni “Lib” (Joey) Crabtree and Misty McCain; brother, Ronnie McCain; step-father, Earl Horton; and step-mother, Jane McCain.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Bryon Carmon officiating. Burial will follow at Horeb Cemetery.
