In his spare time, he loved carpentry and built several homes, including the one he was currently living in.  He was a patriot; he loved the American flag.  He watched his flag fly daily.

Chuck was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, American Legion Post #81, and the United Commercial Travelers Organization. He regularly attended the Faith Ministry Center. He enjoyed the Veterans’ breakfast at the Nazarene Church where he could visit with his Veteran friends. Chuck was a people-person and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Private services will be held at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Hughes and Pastor Greg Hogue officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery with military graveside services.  Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, we are limiting the number in attendance to 50.
