Chester Stephens, age 69 of Jackson, passed away at Heartland of ChilIicothe, Ohio on August 30, 2013. He was born February 9, 1944 in Garrett, Ky. to the late W. P. Stephens and Rebecca Shepard Stephens. Brothers, sisters and daughter Tambra Stephens also preceded him in death.
He is survived by one son, William Stephens of Colorado; one brother, Jim Stephens of Jackson, Ohio and special niece and nephew, Rodney (Debra) Stephens of Jackson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. where services will be held at 4 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
