Bonnie S. Belcher, age 48, of Jackson, passed away on Monday, Aug. 5, 2019 at the Oakwood Community Health Center. She was born on Oct. 9, 1970 to Clifford Dowler, Jr. and the late Wanda L. (Thompson) Dowler.
Besides her father, she is survived by her daughter, Nicole Moore; her son, Dustin (Kelsey) Belcher; grandchildren: Israel Belcher and Jordyn Moore; step-sons: Steven and Matthew Rollins; sisters: Ruth Butler and Mary Thompson; and brothers: Rich and Clifford Dowler III. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Bonnie graduated from the University of Rio Grande with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She enjoyed camping, hiking and all outdoor activities. Most of all, she was obsessed with the well-being of her children and grandchildren.
Per her request, no services will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
