Beth Ann Ruggles, age 41, of Piketon, Ohio, and formerly of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at her home. She was born May 13, 1978 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Dave and Debbie Ruggles.
She is survived by her two sons, SPC James (Julie) West of Fairbanks, Alaska and Jarod Ruggles of Piketon, Ohio. She is also survived by her parents, Dave and Debbie Ruggles of Beaver, Ohio; one sister, Amanda Ruggles and her children, Alicia and Melinda all of Jackson, Ohio; grandmother, Jean Jenkins of Jackson, Ohio; and several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Nathalie Ruggles and maternal grandfather, Delbert Jenkins.
Beth was a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School. She was an employee of Tim Horton’s in Chillicothe.
Friends may call on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will be held immediately after at 3 p.m. with Dr. James Spinnati officiating.
