Anita Hammond, age 49, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her residence. She was born Oct. 1, 1969 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Richard Bloomfield, Sr. and Janet (Hutchison) Bloomfield.
She is survived by her spouse, Jeff Weakley; daughters, Courtney Hammond and Ashley Hammond (Garett Kerns); son/grandson, Morgan Hammond; grandchildren, Isabella Atkins and Myah Kerns; sisters, Tammy (Tom) Dyer and Kim (Randy) Christian; and brothers: Dale Bloomfield, Richard Bloomfield, Jr., Randy Bloomfield, and Danny (Amber) Bloomfield.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Weakley and her husband, Morgan Ray Hammond.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill.
