Marjorie J. Rowland, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Heartland of Jackson. She was born in Jackson County, Ohio, on November 16, 1941.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Clifford and Mattie (Hartley) Rowland; three sisters, Garnet Landrum, Alice Foster and Mabel Goheen; and two brothers, James Rowland and Edward Rowland.
She is survived by two sisters, Evelyn (Kenneth) Wyatt of Jackson and Marilyn (Lloyd) Bowen of Columbus, Ohio along with several nieces and nephews. She was loved by everyone and will be missed by her family and friends.
Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Thursday, November 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 20 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rick Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Limerick Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, Central Region Office – JACK, 5555 Frantz Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
