Wanda Lee (Culwell) Smith, age 73, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Four Winds Nursing Facility, Jackson, Ohio. She was born March 17, 1942 in Jackson County, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary (Stambaugh) Culwell; husband, Carl E. Smith; infant daughter, Pamela; daughter, Tina Coen; son, Sandy Smith; five sisters and two brothers.
Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family and never knew a stranger.
She is survived by children: Carla Smith, Chuck Smith, Tony Smith, Andy Smith and Schannon (Kevin) McCloud; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters, Lora Adams, Barbara Cook and Gladys Wyatt; and a special friend, Amy Henson.
Funeral service will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Monday, Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jack Hughes officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home two hours prior to the service.
