Penny Lynn Wyatt

Penny Lynn Wyatt, age 58 of Jackson passed away peacefully Saturday, June 27, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was born December 9, 1956 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Alfred Downey and Shirley Ann Radcliff Cooper. She loved God and Jesus and attended church at Columbia Chapel and the Church of God. She enjoyed arranging flowers, watching deer at Lake Katherine, playing bingo and spending time with her family. She worked at the Mushroom plant and for the Humane Society. Her favorite saying was, “I Love the Lord”.

She was preceded in death by her step-dad, Wayne Cooper, sister, Cheryl Westenburg and brother, Sean Cooper.

She is survived by her daughters, Denise (Roger Glass) Goheen and Jennifer (Paul Hellman) Goheen; grandchildren: Cotie (Jason) Sorrell, Shyann (Terry) Dunaway, Dawnte Goheen, Shayne Clary, Nathan Clary, Matthew Shepard and Laken McClure; great grandson, Easton Clary; brother, Mark (Denise) Cooper, sister, Charm (Cooper) Westmoreland. She is also survived by special nieces and nephews: Liza Lujan, Angelia Lambert and Beatrice Owens as well as several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Chaplain Fred Williams officiating and burial to follow in the Campbell Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the funeral home.
