Kay Webb

Kay Webb, age 63, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Adena Regional Medical Center of Chillicothe. She was born August 21, 1951 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Jacob and Josephine (Napper) McCarty.

Kay was a 1969 graduate of Wellston High School. In December of 2005 she graduated from Soma School of Ministry. She was the founder of Anchored in the Rock Ministries and High Praise Ministries where she was the Senior Pastor along with her husband, Jack. Her heart was to see souls saved, lives changed, and people come to Jesus. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jack Webb of Jackson, Ohio; children, Travis (Tricia) Potts, Jack II (Lori) Webb, Jeffrey (Lynn) Webb, and Clay Webb, all of Jackson, Ohio; grandchildren, Morgan L. Potts, Macie L. Potts, Jayden B. Webb, Jeffrey A. Webb II, and Emma L. Webb, all of Jackson, Ohio; sister, Helen Church of Tipp City, Ohio; brother, Paul (Nancy) McCarty of Springfield, Ohio; special niece, Debbie (Ron) Scurlock of Jackson, Ohio; nieces, nephews, and friends; and her beloved church family of High Praise Ministries.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, George McCarty and Dave McCarty; a sister Patricia Henry; and two nephews, Ricky Henry and Steve Bowens.

Friends may call at The Rock Family Worship Center, 1981 Standpipe Road, Jackson, OH 45640 on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. at The Rock with Pastor Karen Adams officiating.
